Youth Journal Facilitation
Nicole Pacini facilitates guided journaling sessions for youth using the Black Boys Journal and Self-Esteem Journal for Teen Girls as tools for reflection, confidence building, and emotional growth. These sessions create a supportive space where young people are encouraged to explore their identity, express their thoughts honestly, and strengthen their sense of self.

Nicole Pacini practices her pitch for the Josie R. Johnson Leadership Academy. The Josie R. Johnson Leadership Academy (JRJLA) is a six-month leadership development cohort experience designed to meet the cultural, personal and professional development needs of 20 African American leaders. Her project: Out of Service: A Self-written Obituary Journal.
